The Process of our Rim manufacture is identical to leading premium priced brands, with Carbon layering specifically designed to remain true with repeated use. A multi-directional Carbon weave has been used alongside tightly compacted Carbon Fibre construction. This process keeps the wheels remarkably light whilst maintaining their strength far beyond cheaper products utilising the traditional carbon-fibre manufacturing process.

Rims are hand laced to Japanese Machined Aluminum Hubs with precision engineered bearings. This approach allows each wheel to be far easier to maintain with none of the reliability problems presented by the One-Piece construction favoured by some manufacturers. Each Spoke can be individually replaced thus further reducing the cost of servicing, we know that accidents can happen and its cheaper to replace a spoke than to have to have a wheelset completely rebuilt.

We use an internal Nipple system to further enhance the aerodynamic benefits of our wheel packages, this process is yet another that we undertake to eliminate as much drag as we can. The end result is that every turn of the pedals will send you further towards where you want to be.

Enzo Wheel Technology has been extensively Wind Tunnel tested. This process has enabled us to offer you a lightweight aero wheel package that feel more stable at speed than those offered by our competitors. We have teamed this with many hours spent on the road tweaking and refining the design to ensure that they can stand up to everyday use.

C50

The Enzo C50 has been created with the intention of bringing the advantages of a sophisticated aerodynamic Wheel Package to the Road Cyclist. As with all our Wheel Packages the C50 offers fantastic stability at high speeds whilst the 50mm cross section ensures that the wheels track well even in crosswinds. The 50mm depth is strong enough to withstand the additional Lateral Flex of Road Racing and yet light enough to assist in climbing.
